Ritrama S.p.A. (hereafter, "Ritrama") considers the right to privacy a fundamental value within its organisation and commits itself to respect and implement the applicable laws on privacy and data protection under EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereafter, "Regulation").

This document describes how Ritrama collects, processes and uses personal data acquired through its www.ritrama.com website.

This privacy policy only refers to the Ritrama website and does not extend to third-party sites that may be linked to it.

Types of data processed

Ritrama can acquire personal data from its users through its website in the following ways:

  1. Data provided voluntarily by the user for requesting information to Ritrama: the user may voluntarily provide their data to Ritrama by filling out a form on the website. The data provided by the user is: name, surname, company, location, city, country, email address, telephone, business sector, specific request. Ritrama uses the data provided by the user to fulfil the related requests for information;
  2. Data provided voluntarily by the user for the newsletter subscription request: the user may voluntarily provide their data for a newsletter subscription. The data acquired by Ritrama for providing this service is: email address, name, surname, company, country. Ritrama uses the data provided by the user to register the user in the newsletter mailing list;
  3. Data provided voluntarily by the user for Ritrama job applications: the user may voluntarily provide their data to Ritrama to submit their application and CV. The data acquired by Ritrama for user spontaneous applications is: name, surname, address, city, country, telephone, email address, photo, area of interest, education, last work experience, and the candidate’s CV. Ritrama uses the data provided by the user to evaluate the candidate's profile for an open job positions in the company.

The user assumes the responsibility of third-party personal data published or shared through the website and guarantees to have the right to communicate or disseminate it, releasing the controller from any liability to third parties.

Processing purpose

Ritrama processes the personal data to provide the user with the requested information and/or services through the website, to evaluate the spontaneous application sent by the user for a job position, and to contact the user. 

Processing characteristics

The provision of the requested data is optional, failure to grant it will mean Ritrama cannot provide the user with the requested services and/or information.

Any communication of the user's personal data to the Ritrama Group companies, in European or non-European countries, can be made only to fulfil Ritrama's user commitments or to comply with legal obligations. Such personal data may be retained on servers located in Italy, or abroad in European or non-European countries which guarantee an "adequate" level of protection. The data will be kept for the necessary period to pursue the above purposes. Any data provided voluntarily by the user for Ritrama job positions will be kept no later than the final decision not to proceed with the work or collaboration.

In some cases, the Controller may appoint Processors and persons in charge of processing. These are categories of subjects involved in the site’s organisation (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal personnel and system administrators) who may have access to the data.

Retention of personal information

Within the limits of what is provided in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with the provisions of the Code. The Data Controller retains the personal information collected through the website for the time necessary to provide the services and/or information requested by the user. For data provided voluntarily by the user for Ritrama job applications, it will be kept no later than the final decision not to proceed with the work or collaboration.

User consent

By using the Ritrama website and providing the company with the consent for personal data processing according to the procedures indicated on the website, the user consents to the collection, use and communication of their personal information within the limits of what is described in this Privacy Policy.

Data subject rights

The user has the right to request access to their personal data, to correct and delete it, limit or oppose the processing. They also have the right to data portability, to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (www.garanteprivacy.it); and the right to revoke the consent given at any time.
